STRATEGIES:

IQAC will evolve mechanisms and procedures for:

1. Timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks.
2. The relevance and quality of academic and research programmes.
3. Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society.
4. Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning.
5. The credibility of evaluation procedures.
6. The adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services.
7. Research sharing and networking with other institutions in India and abroad.

IQAC will facilitate/contribute:

1. To a heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement and  facilitate internalization of the quality culture.
2. To the enhancement and integration among the various activities of the institution and institutionalize  many good practices.
3. To provide a sound basis for decision making to improve institutional functioning.
4. To act as a change agent in the institution.
5. To better internal communication.

 ACTION PLANS OF THE INSTITUTION FOR THE YEAR (2009-2010):

1. To transform college into an institute of Excellence.
2. To strengthen quality education by introducing innovative courses which have good job potential.
3. To introduce M.A.English.
4. To develop collaborative academic and research programmes with National and International Institutions and Industries.
5. To create instrumentation facility centre.
6. To enhance resource mobilization from various funding agencies.
7. To provide more   financial support to students.
8. To strengthen the community service to the society.
9. To provide effective support to the students through students service centers.
10. To facilitate effective Teaching learning through ICT.
11. To equip the library with advanced books and journals.
12. To promote research culture among faculty and students.
13. To encourage the faculty to publish the research articles in

 Refereed Academic journals:

1. To Introduce E-library.
2. To submit the Reaccreditation report for NAAC.
