HOSTEL

  • Hostel with Provision for 500 students with (Vegetarian mess) on the basis of dividing system is attached to the college. 

  • Principal is the warden, Deputy wardens elected office bearers help in maintaining the discipline in the hostel.

  • Students must pay the mess fees of the previous month before 15th of every month without fail.

  • Rebate on mess will be allowed for a minimum period of 7 days of genuine absence in the same month.

  • Parent or guardian must send a letter stating clearly whether the student is permitted to go home alone

  • Any attempt on part of a student to go to a place for which she has no permission will be expelled from the Hostel immediately.

  •  Hostel student enter in the hostel register her name, class, date of leaving with escorts signature with date & time when she goes home for holidays and also when she returns to the hostel.

  • They must return to hostel on the previous day of reopening before 6 p.m. or before 8 am. on the re-opening day. However under unavoidable circumstance leave letters countersigned by the parents should be sent to the warden in advance. Failure to follow this, will result in the expulsion of the student from the hostel.

  • Visitors days are second and fourth Sundays of every month from 11 am to 3 pm.

  • Students are not allowed to see their parents or guardians only.

  • Students are not allowed to entertain guest in the hostel.

  • No visitors will be allowed to see any student during college hours except in the case of emergency, provided the visitor has a letter addressed to the principal signed by the parent or guardian.

  • Students are not allowed to bring costly jewels and big amount of cash, hostel is not responsible for any loss of money or jewel by the students.

  • A student suffering from a serious illness may be asked to leave the hostel if so advised by the college Doctor.

  • Student are not allowed to post their letters or receive anything from outside through day students. Any student found guilty of infringement of any of these rules or of misconduct of any sort, disciplinary action will be taken against her as the warden many think fit.

                                      Mess Rs. 500 - 600/- (per month) (Dividing basis)
